UNandUP Women Show Up for Community at CIC Women’s Event

It was an exciting and inspiring experience for the UNandUP team to attend the CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) Women’s History Month celebration at the Cortex Innovation District last Wednesday, 25th March 2026.

The event, tagged “For the Women” and organized by Filament, was centered on community, celebration, and connection. It kicked off with a lunchtime conversation featuring Lauren Colbert on building meaningful professional relationships, followed by a vibrant social with headshots, a flower bar, pop-up shopping, cocktails/mocktails, and music by DJ Sweet Tea.

We are grateful for the meaningful conversations, new connections, and the powerful reminder of what happens when women come together to support one another.

Our team was led by Leah Morrell, Director of Product Management, and included Eni Osungbade, Business Operations Manager, along with our STL CAPS interns, Allison Neaf and Kristina Campbell. Our interns were especially excited to join, engaging in conversations that provided a valuable head start in their educational and professional journeys.

Designed to foster connection among inspiring women across the district, it was truly a beautiful and impactful experience for our team.

A special thank you to CIC and Filament for thoughtfully creating a space that brings women together in such a meaningful way.
