UNandUP welcomes our Spring 2026 Interns—MaryAnn Romagna and Tarini Karnati

 

We are excited to introduce UNandUP Spring 2026 interns, MaryAnn Romagna and Tarini Karnati!

MaryAnn is a senior Chemistry major at McKendree University with interests in biomedical engineering and medicine. She has research experience in immune cell differentiation at Washington University in St. Louis and is deeply involved in service leadership as the founder and president of McKendree MEDLIFE, a pre-medical service organization that partners with mobile medical clinics in Latin America.

Tarini is a sophomore Biomedical Engineering major at Saint Louis University, with interests in drug delivery, medical devices, and entrepreneurship. She is actively engaged in drug delivery research, SLULaunch, and other campus organizations. These two highly motivated students will be working with our TheraLode team.
