The Solution

UN&UP TheraLode™ system is a novel portable thrombolysis platform that magnetically accelerates thrombolytic nanoparticles to the clot 350X faster than normal biology, where they immediately begin destroying clots using 250X lower thrombolytic doses. As a result, AIS patients receive faster and better treatment without increased risks of intracranial hemorrhage or death. The patented platform is affordable to hospitals, simple to use, and travels with thrombectomy-eligible AIS patients to thrombectomy centers. Once proven safe and effective, UN&UP will extend its platform to nearly all 700,000 AIS victims, which is 10X more than currently treated.
