UN&UP Welcomes Augustus Greenwood as a Full-Time Engineer Scientist

UNandUP LLC is excited to announce the full-time appointment of Augustus Greenwood as Engineer Scientist.

Augustus first joined UNandUP as a research fellow through our Engineering Fellowship Program after earning his Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis in 2024. His graduate work combined computational modeling and experimental techniques to develop a bioreactor capable of compressing cell-laden hydrogels—advancing research in stem cell mechanobiology. As a fellow, Augustus stood out for his innovation in interventional medical technologies and his meaningful contributions to our mission of delivering equitable healthcare solutions to underserved communities.

We’re thrilled to continue this journey with Augustus as he brings his deep expertise in biomaterials and engineering to help solve complex, cross-disciplinary challenges at UNandUP.
